All papers, including invited and contributed submissions, will be reviewed by three experts from the conference committees. After a rigorous peer-review process, accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Atlantis Press：Atlantis Highlights in Computer Sciences(ISSN:2589-4900) and will be submitted to CPCI、CNKI、Google Scholar.

② No repeated contributions to other conferences or journals
③ Original articles with experimental research data
④ Repetition rate is less than 15%
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
